Management Walk Through the Tasikmalaya Transmart Project
The Management Walk Through (MWT) activity this time we went to Tasikmalaya, one of the projects we visited was the Tasikmalaya Transmart project. Starting from PT APG's safety patrol management, then sharing knowledge that calls on all APG personnel to continue to focus on work methods and work instruction (WI) in terms of safety, cleanliness, tidiness and discipline in project performance so that they can be consistent with good performance in accordance with the guidelines , performance and material procedures and specifications to achieve quality and safety. . This Management Walk Through was also attended by PT APG's Production Director, Mr. Martinus Pauran, Engineering & Estimating Manager of PT APG, namely Mr. Nurul Huda, Project Manager, QHSE team and Tasikmalaya Transmart project team . .
