Management Walk Through the Novotel Ubud Project

Bali - In connection with a series of Management Walk Through (MWT) activities on the island of Bali, PT APG also visited a project on another Bali island, the Novotel Ubud-Bali Hotel project.

The Management Walk Through visit this time began with a safety patrol, then shared knowledge from the Managers who urged all APG personnel to continue to focus on work methods and work instruction (WI). due to the characteristics of this hotel, concept of cliffs that need special handling from other projects that have the same elevation so that safety, cleanliness, tidiness and discipline in project performance can be consistent with good performance in accordance with the reference, performance procedures and specifications and materials for achieve work quality and safety.

This Management Walk Through was also attended by PT APG's Production Manager, Mr. Gatot Santoso, Control Manager, Mr. Nurhadi, Corporate Secretary, is Ms. Tiara Nursyani, Project Manager, QHSE team and Novotel Ubud-Bali Hotel project team.
