Management Walk Through the Cikunir Urban Sky Project

Bekasi - Management Walk Through (MWT) continues. This time on one of the PT APG projects, the Urban Sky project located in Bekasi on Tuesday, February 12, 2019.

In this Management Walk Through, there is knowledge sharing from PT APG's Supply Chain Manager, Mr. Lilik Widayanto who appealed to all APG personnel to continue to improve safety, cleanliness, tidiness and discipline in project performance so that they can be consistent with good performance in accordance with the guidelines, procedures and specifications of performance and materials to achieve quality and safety.

Besides about K3, Mr. Lilik Widayanto also explained about Subcontractor Management, Zero Rework, Introduction and Application of Formwork, Ceramics, Painting and Mechanical Electrical Works from the beginning of preparation, execution, finishing to the handover of work. This is considered to be very useful and efficient for the risk to project financing.
