Management Walkthrough Ramadhan 2018 at LOFTVILLES CITY Project
Management Walkthrough (MWT) is a management way to gain improvement opportunities for managers and workers alike to realize expectations and find improvement solutions for the company. MWT is usually associated with maintaining the company's activities in order to maintain compliance with a reliable and amiable way of working. The benefits of MWT are, among other things, building relationships between leaders and company workers, focusing on problem solving and fulfilling company commitments. It should be noted to build relationships with subordinates, the leaders simply spare some time to do silahturahmi with subordinates in working hours and also open talks in informal activities in order to create a familial environment conditions, mutually advise each other, give attention and concern with subordinates . In this way can create a good spirit and motivation of work
There are four stages for MWT to provide benefits as described above ie planning, implementation, follow-up and review / analysis.
1. Planning phase; superiors can plan and schedule MWT as per availability. Further prepare all necessary requirements during MWT.
2. Implementation stage; interaction and intervention can be made to workers who perform routine or daily tasks.
3. Follow-up phase; seriously trying to resolve issues, identify potential improvements, build ownership and responsibilities and document these follow-ups in an advanced action monitoring system.
4. Review phase; done periodically, making feedback and lesson learned to be understood by all parties and ensuring all follow up is done well.
MWT 2018 in the month of Ramadan was visited by Bpk. Pundjung Setya Brata as the director of operations II PT. ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk., He is also a commissioner of PT. ADHI PERSADA BUILDING (APG) and Bpk. Hironimus Hilapok as independent commissioner of PT. ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk., And Bpk. Martinus Pauran as the production director of PT. ADHI PERSADA BUILDING (APG) along with the ranks of managers and other project managers. In this event Bpk. Pundjung Setya Brata motivates, shares knowledge and builds intimacy with each other with the project team and environment and provides guidance to continue to innovate in performance in the construction of Loftvilles City project, Pamulang - South Tangerang (22/05/18). In addition to this, there is also an agenda of exposure to the progess and achievement of APG's performance in the construction of the Loftvilles City project by PM and the project team until ongoing joint visits to the field to see the actual quality, cleanliness and safety of the project.
